The most decant and tender cut of meat on the animal our filet mignon are a special treat.  There are two steaks per package.  All our beef is packaged by our local USDA butcher, vacuum sealed and frozen solid.*

While our own herd produces a portion of our beef each year, demand for our high-quality cuts continues to grow. To ensure you always have access to beef you can trust, we partner with a small network of local ranchers in Utah and neighboring states who share our same commitment to clean, responsible, pasture-based ranching.

Every cut of beef we offer is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, locally raised, with no added hormones and no antibiotics, the same standards we uphold on our own ranch. By sourcing from ranchers who steward their land and livestock the way we do, we’re able to provide you with consistently delicious, nutrient-dense beef without compromising on quality or integrity.
